T H E  B A C K G R O U N D

The Skills Centre is a provider of construction based courses and services. They’re committed to opening the door to the next generation of construction workers, while benefiting local communities. They use their training centres to train local people considering work in construction and upskill those already in the sector. 


They needed a new website and identity that would help them to engage a wider audience of potential students, employers and partners. They also needed to find a way to effectively reach and communicate with their target audience to increase course bookings and apprenticeships.

W H A T  W E   D I D

Working in partnership with the incredibly talented design agency, Bluegg, we developed a unique tone of voice for The Skills Centre that would inspire the younger generation to consider a career in construction, while also positioning the business as a leader in their field to attract employers and potential partners. We then crafted the copy to sit on the website and a whole range of other marketing materials including reports, brochures and Ad campaigns. 

To ensure The Skills Centre is being seen by the right people, we’ve begun to implement highly targeted social media campaigns and to build their online following. Over the next 6 months, the business will also be exploring SEO and Paid Media which we are excited to share the results for later in 2021.

T H E  O U T C O M E

The Skills Centre now has a powerful website with persuasive copy that is fully optimised for user experience. 

The initial results from the launch social media campaign saw the following results:
